About us
Thermal Rolls Australia was established in 2006 in the Melbourne suburb of Seaford, Victoria.
The directors of the company noticed in the previous years there was a progressive move by Australian based converters to turn away from manufacturing and to begin importing finished goods from overseas.Â
Being involved in the industry since 1985 we saw the quality of product and support to trade resellers began to diminish.Â
Additionally, with the merger of some converters turning themselves into large corporate focussed operations, we felt there was a demand for a local Australian manufacturer who could support the trade reseller network providing good, old fashioned customer service and targeted support in the manner that we knew from days gone by.
With that in mind new machinery was sourced from Europe and we commissioned our first slitter/rewinder units in June 2006.
At the same time we established partnerships with the world’s leading paper mills and continue these partnerships to this day.
Our focus is to provide the best quality product at the most affordable price, to stand behind our product and support our customer’s to not only survive, but also to thrive in today’s challenging environment.
We aim to give the level of service and support to our customers in the same manner we would like to be treated by our suppliers.
We continue to be a family owned and operated Australian manufacturer of thermal paper rolls and associated products.
